Abstract
The conditions for the Czochralski growth of antimony crystals have been optimized, and single crystals 20 × 30 and 40 × 50 mm2 in cross section and ≃250 and ≃800 g in weight have been grown. Their thermoelectric power, resistivity, and thermal conductivity were measured at room temperature in different crystallographic directions.
