Photochemistry of aromatic azides and nitrenes

Abstract

Experimental and theoretical studies on the photodissociation of aromatic azides, spectral and photochemical characteristics of nitrenes, as well as the application of azides as a light-sensitive component of positive luminescent photography, are reviewed.
