Abstract
Characteristic features of the pathogenesis of hematogenous osteomyelitis in children undergoing complex treatment are described. The data characterizing the development of an osteomyelitic focus are presented. Some of the causes of the protracted course of the disease and its transition into a chronic state, as well as aspects of immunobiological protection of the organism during treatment have been studied.
