Suppression of nonlocal thermal conductivity in a turbulent plasma

Abstract

It is shown that anomalous suppression of the electronic thermal conductivity occurs in a weakly collisional plasma as a result of electron scattering not only by charged particles but also by low-frequency turbulent fluctuations.
