Abstract
The electronic structure of compounds is studied taking into account the Hubbard energy as the largest energy parameter. The conditions for the emergence of Cooper instability are obtained. The phase diagram for the superconducting state is calculated for various degrees of filling of the d and p shells of transition and nontransition elements.
