Optical filter with controlled transfer function on the basis of dynamic volume holograms in barium titanate

Abstract

The feasibility of optical control over the spectral characteristics of an optical filter based on 3D holographic grating recorded in a photorefractive crystal is considered. It is shown experimentally that the transfer function can be configured in real time by introducing phase shifts between the hologram sections.
