Abstract
The model of the formation of filamentary inhomogeneities in the waveguide structures formed upon opticalbeam self-channeling in photopolymerizable composites is constructed and numerically studied. The conditions for the formation of a homogeneous waveguide channel are determined and confirmed by the experimental results.
