Abstract

The excitation and propagation of acoustic waves along curvilinear boundaries between two media are investigated. Formal high-frequency asymptotic expressions practicable for approximate calculations in the case of media with slightly different velocities are derived. Dispersion equations and wave excitation coefficients at weak-contrast boundaries are investigated numerically.
