Abstract
Based on the proposed model, we have numerically calculated and experimentally studied operation of a high-T c superconductor bolometer in the regime with active negative electrothermal feedback (NEF). The NEF regime allows the bolometer operation speed to be controlled, which expands the possible application field. The influence of the NEF on the sensitivity, response time, and detectivity of the bolometer was studied.
