Abstract
High stability of the period and homogeneity of a regular domain structure was attained in Nd: Mg: LiNbO3 crystals grown from melt with an excess of lithium oxide by the Czochralski method along the normal to the close-packed \(\{ 01\bar 12\} \) face.
