Abstract
Electroluminescent sources of light based on plastically deformed ZnSe: Mn single crystals are studied. It is shown that the emissivity of the electroluminescent sources depends on the manganese concentration and the part of a ZnSe: Mn boule from which a plane-parallel wafer is cut.
