Abstract
The field phase distribution over the aperture of a Luneberg lens composed of radial dielectric rods is approximately calculated, and the influence of this distribution on the directivity pattern of this antenna is estimated. The results of calculations of the difference of electrical pathlengths for the angles ϕ=0 and 90° for Δε=0.2 are presented.
