Abstract
The magnetooptical and magnetic properties of porous silicon containing electrochemically incorporated cobalt microgranules were studied. It was found that the granular cobalt-porous silicon nanocomposites exhibit ferromagnetic properties. The nanocomposite with a cobalt content of 10% showed anomalously high magnitude of the equatorial Kerr effect.
