Dispersion characteristics of slot and microstrip lines based on ferroelectric film-dielectric substrate structures

Abstract

The propagation constant is analyzed numerically for electromagnetic waves supported by slot and microstrip lines. The results obtained can be used in designing microwave transmission lines and planar devices based on ferroelectric films.
