Abstract
The results of studying the nonlinear capillary waves at a charged surface of liquid hydrogen are reported. Spectral density is experimentally determined for the surface elevations excited by spectrally narrow low-frequency pumping. It is shown that the spectral density in the range 100 Hz–5 kHz obeys the power-law dependence constωm (scaling). The m exponent is close to −3, indicating that the capillary turbulence regime is established.
