Abstract
The thermodynamic prehistory of the samples of Na 1−x LixNbO3 ceramics (0.015 ≤ x ≤ 0.025) affects the behavior of these solid solutions in applied electric fields. The field-induced shift of the Curie temperature in this system can be minimized by selecting optimum conditions for structure formation.
