Order parameter of oxygen atoms and superconductivity of YBa2Cu3O7−δ compound

Abstract

The orthorhombic structure of compounds of the YBa2Cu3O7−δ compositions was studied and the long-range order parameter of oxygen atoms in the basal plane of the crystal lattice was determined. It is established that the critical temperature T c is more sensitive to changes in the order parameter than in the (7−δ) value.
