Dynamical criteria for reproducibility of the structure of solid materials

Abstract

Reasons for the irreproducibility of the structure of solid materials grown under the same technological conditions are examined. Dynamical criteria for irreproducibility are developed, and a fundamental limit on the irreproducibility and its dependence on the dimensions of the system are determined.
