Abstract
An investigation is made of the behavior of disperse systems with electric double layers in external time-dependent electric fields, taking into account the interaction between the moving concentrated charges in the shells of the neighboring grains. It is shown that an external electromagnetic excitation at ultralow frequencies can be transmitted to the bulk of a disperse system in the form of solitary waves. It is proposed that the real observation of these waves is possible, for example, in disperse systems with nonconducting spherical inclusions having thin liquid shells and suspended in a solid insulator.
