Abstract
The formation of fullerene structures in the presence of an electric charge on the carbon clusters is studied. It is shown that the effect of plasma as a carbon source on the dynamics of the change in carbon clusters reduces exclusively to the formation of the initial conditions for efflux of a plasma jet from the interelectrode gap.
