Abstract
Results are presented of experimental studies of electron emission from single crystals of triglycine sulfate, nominally pure and doped with Cr3+. The relation between the parameters of the processes of switching and electron emission from ferroelectrics by a coercive field and the threshold field for the onset of emission is investigated. It is shown that the temperature and concentration dependences of the threshold field can be explained by the corresponding dependences of the coercive field.
