Abstract
The Shubnikov-de Haas effect is investigated in bicrystals of p-type Bi1−x Sbx (0.063⩽x⩽0.088) alloys in static magnetic fields up to 15 T. The constant-energy surface of \(T_{\overline {45} } \)-holes in the transition layer of the bicrystals is found to be rotated ∼90° from its position in single domains (monoblocks).
