Investigation Methods for Physicochemical Systems

Abstract

The structures of thin films of the polystyrene-polymethacrylate-polystyrene (SMAS) triblock copolymer were studied. A versatile algorithm for analysis of the AFM images of thin block-copolymer films was developed.
