Nanostructured glass ceramic based on fluorophosphate glass with PbSe quantum dots
The optical properties of PbSe quantum dots in glass ceramic based on fluorophosphate glass are studied. Quantum dots were formed by a two-stage thermal treatment. An analysis of the spectral-luminescent characteristics of the material allows us to judge the features of the emergence and growth of quantum dots in the glass ceramic bulk. The sizes of the obtained quantum dots are determined for the samples with different durations of thermal treatment (the position of the first exciton peak and the formula). Using the analysis of the luminescence spectra, the stage of the formation of molecular clusters has been registered.
