Synthesis of polymeric peroxides and their use in finishing treatment of textile materials

Abstract

A polymeric peroxide was prepared by the reaction of α-chloroethyl tert-butyl peroxide with polyvinyl alcohol. Procedures for modification of wool and polycaproamide textile materials with this peroxide were suggested.
