Parameters of the model of negative-U centers according to the Hall effect data for YBa2Cu3O x in the normal state

Abstract

A qualitatively and quantitatively correct description of the temperature dependence of the Hall constant in the normal phase of YBa2Cu3O x has been obtained within the framework of the model of negative-U centers.
