PHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF CRYSTALS

Abstract―

Magnetophotovoltaic effect in piezoelectric crystals is considered for linearly and circularly polarized light. The influence of crystal’s optical activity and spin-photovoltaic effect on magnetophotovoltaic effect is analyzed.
