  • Published:
Inorganic Materials Aims and scope

Abstract—

The lattice parameters of monoclinic neodymium orthotantalate, M-NdTaO4, have been measured in the temperature range 293–1173 K using high-temperature X-ray diffraction and its isobaric heat capacity has been determined by differential scanning calorimetry in the range 300–1300 K.
