Conclusions

A simple computer-based fringe-processing system has been described. It consists of a TV camera, analog/digital converter and a microcomputer. The unit enables differentiation of fringe patterns which have been collected directly from the optical setup by the TV camera. Thus real-time examination of the tested object is possible.
