Richard J. De Witt works in the Design Engineering Div., Test and Analysis Group (WX-11) of the Los Alamos National Laboratory, Los Alamos, NM. He earned a BSEE degree at the Arizona State University in 1975. Mr. De Witt studied measurements engineering under Peter Stein at ASU He has served in the US Coast Guard and was previously employed by Dynamic Science, Phoenix. AZ.
