Abstract
A survey of the incidence of benomyl-resistant isolates of the causal agent of brown rot, Monilinia fructicda, in peaches in the Murrumbidgee Irrigation Areas of New South Wales, showed 26 out of 29 peach orchards sampled produced isolates that were resistant to 10 μg/mL of benomyl in vitro. No isolates showed resistance to iprodione at 10 μg/mL.
