Abstract
Bean leafroll luteovirus (BLRV) was shown to infect naturally a range of winter-grown legumes in northern New South Wales. Identification was by symptoms, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA), a reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) test, and transmissibility.
