First record in Australia of Melampsora ricini on castor oil plant

Abstract

Leaf rust (Melampsora ricini) has been found on castor oil plants (Ricinus communis) at several locations extending from Perth, Western Australia eastwards to Brisbane, Sydney and Norfolk Island.
