Notes

  1. I first came across her work via one of my and Mike Featherstone’s PhD students who is Ettinger’s cousin. She had some papers of hers that we found very original and interesting and decided to plan a special section of Theory, Culture & Society on that work. We asked Griselda Pollock, (who knew her work), to edit it.
