Abstract

Ashok Khosla, in his review of ‘The Road from Rio to Johannesburg’, explores why promises have not been kept and the underlying agenda of the international dialogue. He suggests that the issues of consumption and lifestyle of the rich are key to a meaningful outcome in Johannesburg.
