Acknowledgements

We received a total of 74 submissions from scholars based in 19 different countries. In addition to the three Special Issue Editors, eight regular JIBS Area Editors were enlisted to handle submissions. We appreciate the work of these Editors, as well as that of Arie Lewin (previous Editor-in-Chief), Lorraine Eden (current Editor-in-Chief), and Anne Hoekman (Managing Editor). While nine papers appear in this special issue, we thank all the authors who submitted their work, and all the reviewers who assisted us.
