Abstract
THE geochemical method for the prediction of earthquakes depends on the ability to find the anomalous change of fluid phases of the ground, which are expelled by the stress at depth before earthquakes. Here the utility of ratios of He/Ar and N2/Ar in fault airs is examined in this context.
