Abstract

PANTELOURIS has reported1 that 1 out of 60 autopsied nude mice possessed a suspected normal thymus, but histological examination was not possible. Here, we report on five nude mice with distinct lobulated thymus-like organs in the thymus area, but which can be shown to be lymph nodes, rather than thymus.
