Lens Regeneration in the Rabbit

Abstract

IN a previous communication1 we reported our finding that eyes with lenses regenerated after simple extracapsular extraction were less effective optically than were those with lenses regenerated in cases where cytolysing tissue had been introduced into the lens capsule at the time of its evacuation.
