Abstract

THE action of silver difiuoride on tetrasulphur tetranitride has been shown to yield the thiazyl fluorides SNF and SNF31, but little is known about the action of other fiuorinating agents on sulphur nitride. We have examined the action of several liquid and gaseous fluorides on sulphur nitride, and also the reaction of sulphur tetrafluoride with ammonia.
