Glucose-6-phosphate Dehydrogenase Deficiency in Indonesia

Abstract

GLUCOSE-6-PHOSPHATE dehydrogenase deficiency has been reported from Singapore1, India2, Malaya3 and Thailand4. It has not been reported from Indonesia, although cases of hæmolytic anæmia due to the ingestion of drugs are known to occur.
