Abstract
MICRODENSITOMETRIC determinations of the deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) content of normal diploid cells and of tumour cells have already been reported1–4. In these measurements, cells known to be haploid, for example, spermatozoa, have been used as a baseline for ploidy measurements of other cells.
