Abstract
As part of a programme to investigate the anisotropy of non-cubic crystals, the thermoelectric power of single crystals of the orthorhombic metal gallium has been examined. The aim of the programme is the explanation of the large magnitude of the anisotropies of the physical properties of gallium.
