Abstract
THE action of heparin in clearing lipæmic plasma is well known1. We have investigated the in vivo clearing action of several anticoagulants, including heparin, using isotopically labelled fats, and have found that all the anticoagulants tested so far clear lipæmic plasma in vivo.
