Cytochemical Localization of Pyridine Nucleotide-linked Dehydrogenases

Abstract

THE intramitochondrial localization of succinic dehydrogenase by a metal formazan technique has already been reported1,2. With modifications this technique can be used to localize different pyridine nucleotide-linked dehydrogenase–diaphorase systems.
