Purification of Oestradiol Receptors by Affinity Chromatography

Abstract

The adequacy of techniques for purifying oestradiol-binding protein by affinity chromatography has now been established. The eluted protein has been identified as the 4.5S oestradiol receptor on the basis of its heat stability, gel filtration, sedimentation constant and isoelectric focusing.
