Abstract
Hematospermia is a common harmless condition that invokes a lot of anxiety to the patient.Calculous obstruction of the ejaculatory ductis an unusual cause of hematospermia. Wereport one such case of hemospermia due toan ejaculatory duct calculus that was diagnosedwith TRUS. An endoscopic approach should beattempted to manage all such cases.
