Abstract
Traumatic lesions of the penis and scrotum areoften encountered in urological emergencydepartments. We describe a case of completeunraveling of the penile skin and partialavulsion of the scrotal skin, which was treatedwithout the need for a skin graft, which isusually the selected mode of treatment.Instead, we believe that a lessaggressive surgical approach is more beneficialfor the patient since it allows faster healingand prevents the development ofcomplications.
