Quantum-Sensitive Ionizing Radiation Detectors Compensated by Gallium Arsenide

Abstract

The state-of-the art of and outlook for semiconductor GaAs ionizing radiation detectors are discussed. A comparative analysis of the most essential features of detectors based on semi-insulating GaAs is performed.
