Results of calculations of the Coulomb and crystal potentials of stoichiometric TiC, TiN, and TiO compounds and ordered FeCo alloy are presented. It is demonstrated that the knowledge of these potentials allows preliminary conclusions on the electronic structure of solids to be made.
